#1 Porch Addition in Western Waukesha County
This almost 400 square foot  front porch addition is located in Western Waukesha County in the Town of Eagle, Wisconsin. The owners contacted us interested in adding some character to their front entry door area. We designed a front porch and were able to give the customer virtual viewing which was enough for them to envision the finished project. This porch has a vaulted AZEK beadboard ceiling with western red cedar posts, Fretwork brackets, ball and dowel spandrels and colonial rail system. The porch floor is a footed foundation with concrete floor.

#2 This home addition project is located in a condominium complex in Pewaukee, Wisconsin
The homeowners came to us looking for a sun room to accommodate their custom sized therapy pool with a full basement for storage of pool equipment, miscellaneous storage, crafting room and lower level access. The customer also wanted to make use of low maintenance/no maintenance interior and exterior composite products. The exterior is no maintenance cement board siding with Miratech Trim Boards to include an Azek composite deck with stainless steel cable rail system. The interior is made up of Azek paintable PVC panel system, Azek PVC bead board ceiling and Azek trim boards around triple pane high efficiency windows. The interior also features an custom sized swim spa.

#3 This combination first and second story addition is located in central Waukesha County in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
The homeowner came to us interested in enlarging a first floor kitchen and creating a second floor master suite over an existing garage. This projects exterior remodeling includes new; no maintenance vinyl siding, vinyl clad double hung windows and new seamless gutters, Miratech composite window trim and all new roofing products.
The interior of the project includes modifications to various bedrooms making those spaces more functional. A sitting room located in the front of the home along with a master suite in the rear of the home were also added as well a walk-in closet and a tiled master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and glass enclosed shower.

#4 This first and second story addition is located in central Waukesha County in Brookfield, WI.
The homeowner came to us looking to add two bedrooms, one full bath and laundry room. Also included in the project is a new covered front entry.
This projects exterior included aluminum siding to match existing siding, new double hung windows, new seamless gutters, new roof and chimney extension. The design utilized the lower level structure and converted existing attic space to create the desired living space, no excavation was needed for this project.

#5 This porch project addition is located in northern Waukesha County in the Town of Lisbon, WI.
This homeowner was looking to add a front porch to their salt box style home. This project features no maintenance; Correct Deck composite decking and Azek rail system along with composite posts and an Azek beadboard ceiling.

#6 This addition project is located in western Waukesha County in the Town of Merton, WI.
This homeowner was looking to add a four season sun porch and maintenance free deck. The sun porch features post beam construction with knotty pine interior, low maintenance Hardie Cementboard siding and low maintenance Miratech trim boards.
The deck is built with no maintenance Evergrain composite decking and Evergrain rail products and Deckorators no- maintenance baroque aluminum balusters

#7 This two and a half (2-1/2) car garage addition is located in southeastern Waukesha County in the Town of Muskego, Wisconsin.
The owner came to us in need of more automobile and hobby storage space. We designed a garage extension to include a 16’ overhead door on the front with a utility door for access to the back yard. All siding and roofing materials to match existing.

#8 This two story addition/first floor remodel is located in western Waukesha County in the Town of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
The home owner was looking to make his professional and personal life easier by having his office and storage space in his home. This was accomplished by adding an extra deep garage, enhancing the size of the first floor laundry room, master bath and a master bedroom walk-in closet and adding a second floor office space above the garage.

#9 This addition above a garage is located in central Waukesha County in the Town of Wales, Wisconsin.

#10 This two story addition is located in western Waukesha County in the Town of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
The homeowner came to us with a request to expand a kitchen and an open great room creating an open concept on their first floor. They also wanted a large master suite to include a walk-in closet and a spa style master bathroom on the second floor. Another desire was to have a more defined front entry. This had to be accomplished while matching the existing Lannon Stone and cement board on the exterior.

#11 This whole house remodel with four (4) car garage addition is located in western Waukesha County in the Town of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
The homeowner was looking to modernize a home that was originally a lake cottage with many small additions added to it. Most of the house was leveled. All that was saved was the east wall on the lake side of the home with a very large round window, a brick fireplace on the opposite wall and one bedroom in the rear of the house. Working around these elements, a kitchen, dining room and living room were added on the first floor. Bedrooms were added on the second floor along with a bathroom.

This customer came to us looking to remodel their existing ranch style home into a much larger master suite with tiled bathroom, a second, first floor bedroom, laundry/mud room, kitchen and dining room, family room and a formal living room as well as an attached garage.
The second floor addition includes a home office, two bedrooms and full bath. The exterior is maintenance free cement board siding with Miratech trim.

The second story addition of a great room gives this client the added space they desired.
The great room boasts red oak flooring throughout with western red cedar beams enhanced with wrought iron brackets and a knotty pine ceiling. The exterior has aluminum siding to match the existing siding.

#14 This four seasons heated sun porch is located in western Waukesha County in the City of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
The client was looking for a four seasons sun porch but they were worried that the cost would exceed their budgeted allowance for the project.
To stay within that budget we implemented a pier pile foundation all but eliminating excavating costs. The exterior is vinyl siding and asphalt shingles to match existing siding and shingles and also includes vinyl clad windows.
