#1 This poolhouse project is located in central Waukesha County in the city of Brookfield, Wisconsin.
The client had approached us interested in a poolhouse to include a changing room, elevated bar area for serving beverages by the pool side and a bath room to include shower, toilet , sink and area to house pool heater and filtration system.
The full basement below has ample storage area and houses the pools filtration and heating equipment. The changing room found in the back of the poolhouse has a full sized moduler shower, toilet, sink and shelving for linens. This granite refreshment counter was designed for seating at the bar for 7 people. The interior emeneties include granite countertops, full size kitchen sink with garbage disposal, custom built maple cabinetry, full sized refridgerator and a 48” flat panel Television with sound system.

#2 This log poolhouse project with outdoor kitchen is in northern Walworth County in the town of burlington, Wisconsin.
The home owner’s were looking to make their pool area a more useful space for entertaining guests and an area for serving refreshments and food. This projects design includes custom built hickory cabinets throughout, seating space at the multi level granite bar area for 14-16 people, 36” gas grill, 40,000 BTU side burner, speed rail with built-in ice chest, 3 under counter coolers, full size kitchen sink and storage area for additional ice.

#3 This poolhouse project is located in northern Waukesha County in the town of Merton, Wisconsin.
This client was looking for an area to sit in the shade by the pool and requested storage space for pool equipment. This design hosts a 12’ X 12’ pergola attached to a 12’ X 12’ poolhouse. The pergola is made of western red cedar painted to match this exterior of the home, the poolhouse is made of cement board siding with a double door for ample access to storage area.

#4 This poolhouse/garage project is located in Waukesha County in the town of Waukesha, Wisconsin.
This client was looking for an area to store various lawn equipment, pool supplies and pool equipment. This design host a 24’ X 36’ garage with overhead doors on both sides and utility doors on both adjacent sides. Materials to match home include; vinyl siding, aluminum soffits, fascias and seamless gutters, 2- windows for natural light and ventilation.

#5 This poolhouse project is located in Waukesha County in the town of Lannon, Wisconsin.
This client was looking for an area to store pool equipment, serve food and beverages and integrate a covered area for sitting out of the sun. This structures design includes a 16’ X 16’ enclosed room with a 16’ X 16’ coverd area for sitting in the shade. The exterior of this building is low maintence cement board with miratec exterior window trim. The ceiling in the open area was finished with knotty pine carsiding. The interior of the enclosed portion was insulated and drywalled.

#6 This poolhouse project is located in Waukesha County in the town of chenequa, Wisconsin.
This client was looking for an area to store pool equipment and pool mechanicals. The design of the pool houseis an exact copy of a viewing tower located on the guest house on the property. The exterior products are all cedar. A large double door allows nice access to the items stored on the interior.
